虽然我只买了线圣的两个小usb处理器,但我对这公司印象相当不错。
也是因为他们的邮件回复颇为认真。

Dear Sir,
Despite Jitterbug’s strict adherence to the USB standard we have found some devices that don't seem to want to play ball. With an almost infinite number of options and configurations out there we can’t possibly try every scenario but there are some fixes available:
1. Unfortunately, not all USB ports are created equal. It’s quite possible another port will perform better for audio. Try other USB ports to see if this solves the problem.
2. If you’re connecting a USB DAC with a USB cable (unlike our Dragonfly that plugs directly into the USB port) that cable should be no longer than 5.0 m. (approx. 16 ft.). This is the longest the USB standard allows. If you’re using a long cable try replacing it with a shorter cable. If you’re using a generic cable try one of ours (the Pearl USB cable starts at $25.00) http://www.audioquest.com/usb-digital-audio/pearl
3. Use a powered USB hub. We like the StarTech brand, which start at around $15.00. Connect the DAC to the Jitterbug, Jitterbug to the hub, hub to the computer. If you’d like an improved USB hub there is a product called the Schiit Wyrd: http://www.audiostream.com/content/schiit-wyrd-usb-power-isolator. A few of the guys here use this in conjunction with our Jitterbugs. The combination is excellent.
4. Lastly, try using the Jitterbug “passively,” i.e. plug your DAC into one USB port while plugging the Jitterbug into another USB port (if available) but do not connect anything to your Jitterbug. This should eliminate any conflicts.
Hopefully one of these solutions will work for you. Let us know how you get on.
Best regards,
Alasdair Patrick
