我对入耳式耳机的认识误区：总觉得耳道是盲道，耳机入耳后会压迫耳蜗？

当然 也有没孔的 比如ER4
还有孔超大的 比如EXK

鼓膜外是外耳道，是盲道，不过有很多人鼓膜是穿孔的。

鼓膜内是中耳，有咽鼓管和咽部通的。

压迫耳蜗没什么，小封闭空间容易伤耳朵。尤其低频猛，又封闭空间，对着鼓膜喷。 听入耳听聋的绝对数量是不少的。 相对来说开放式耳机好点，但如果常年长时间听，40-50岁提前听力出问题的不少。
隔壁的版主发过好几篇这方面的文章。 而且他自己都说，他听耳机现在比较少了。

鼓膜穿孔的原因有炎症和外伤，外伤具有意外性，所以其总体发病率较难统计，
就炎症引起的鼓膜穿孔来说，发病率较高，约在1%到10%之间。

我有同学是三甲的耳科医生，他告诉我，每年做近100台耳膜修补手术，不穿孔补什么呢？
